Key responsibilities
- Driving an HGV Class 2 vehicle safely and responsibly
- Completing multidrop delivery routes involving more than 10 drops
- Loading, checking and securing goods as required
- Completing delivery paperwork accurately
- Following planned routes and delivery instructions
- Maintaining a professional approach when dealing with customers and site contacts
- Carrying out basic vehicle checks and reporting any issues promptly
Skills and qualifications
- HGV Class 2 driving entitlement
- Experience in multidrop delivery work, preferably involving more than 10 drops
- Good knowledge of safe driving and delivery procedures
- Reliable, organised and punctual approach
- Ability to complete paperwork and follow instructions accurately
- Professional communication skills
