We are currently recruiting for an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver to join a well-established transport and logistics company based in Burntwood. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and professional driver looking for ongoing, full-time work with consistent weekday hours.
The Role
- As an HGV Class 2 Driver, you will be responsible for completing deliveries and collections across the local and surrounding areas, ensuring goods are transported safely, securely and on time.
- The role may involve multi-drop deliveries and collections, so a professional approach and excellent customer service skills are essential.
- You will carry out daily vehicle safety checks, ensure all loads are secure, comply with UK driving regulations and complete all delivery paperwork accurately.
Requirements:
- Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) Licence
- Valid Digital Tachograph Card
- Previous HGV Class 2 driving experience preferred
- Good knowledge of UK driving hours and tachograph regulations
