HGV Class 2 Driver – St. Helens

Workchain is currently recruiting for an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver to join our client based in St. Helens.
The Role
As an HGV Class 2 Driver, you will be responsible for delivering goods safely and efficiently across St. Helens and surrounding areas. This is a curtainsider role with little handball, making it ideal for drivers looking for a straightforward delivery position.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a HGV Class 2 vehicle
- Complete deliveries accurately and on time
- Carry out daily vehicle safety checks
- Report any vehicle defects or issues
- Follow all road traffic and company regulations
Requirements
- Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
- Valid Driver CPC
- Digital Tachograph Card
- 1–2 years’ HGV driving experience preferred
- Good knowledge of local routes
- Reliable and professional approach
