The role
A permanent Cleaner is required to help maintain clean, hygienic and orderly working areas within a busy bakery environment in Salisbury. This is a daytime position suited to someone who takes pride in completing tasks thoroughly and consistently.
Key responsibilities
- Cleaning floors, surfaces, work areas and other site facilities
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene throughout the workplace
- Following cleaning procedures and health and safety requirements
- Using cleaning materials and equipment safely and correctly
- Reporting any faults, spillages or maintenance issues
- Supporting a clean, organized and safe working environment
Skills and qualifications
- A reliable and responsible approach to work
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Good time-management skills
- Willingness to follow workplace hygiene and safety procedures
- Previous cleaning experience would be useful, but is not essential
- No specific formal qualifications are required
