Forklift Driver – Man-up VNA

The company is seeking an experienced Forklift Driver to operate a man-up VNA truck within a busy industrial warehouse environment. This is a temporary opportunity in Rugby, with the possibility of permanent employment for the right candidate.
Key responsibilities
- Safely operate a man-up VNA forklift
- Put away, retrieve and move stock efficiently
- Load and unload goods as required
- Work at height in accordance with site procedures
- Complete daily equipment checks and report any faults
- Follow warehouse processes, health and safety rules
- Maintain accurate stock movement and housekeeping standards
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet operational requirements
Skills and qualifications
- Experience operating a man-up VNA forklift
- A valid, in-date VNA or equivalent forklift licence
- Previous warehouse or industrial experience
- Good awareness of workplace health and safety
- Ability to work at height and follow instructions carefully
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
- Physically fit for regular warehouse duties
