Workchain, a leading recruitment agency based in the UK, is currently seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Derby. As a Senior, you will play a key role in driving the recruitment process for our clients and ensuring the delivery of high-quality candidates.
Key Responsibilities- Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding
- Building relationships with candidates and clients to understand their needs and requirements
- Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications
- Providing support and guidance to hiring managers on recruitment best practices
- Previous experience in recruitment or a related field
