We are currently recruiting for a reliable and experienced Class 2 (Category C) Driver to join our team based at Lodge Farm.
Role Overview
You will be driving a 26‑tonne vehicle, delivering goods to corner shops and local stores. This is a physically active role involving handball and store deliveries, including some routes into London.
Key Responsibilities
- Driving a 26t vehicle safely and efficiently
- Delivering to corner shops and local stores
- Rolling cages and using a pump truck
- Completing daily vehicle checks and paperwork
- Providing good customer service at delivery points
- Carrying out some deliveries within London
Requirements
- Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence
- Minimum 1 year driving experience
- No more than 6 penalty points
- No CD, DR, DD, IN, AC, BA or TT endorsements
- Comfortable driving in London
- Similar delivery experience preferred
- Physically fit due to handball involved
