We're recruiting on behalf of our client in BS2, Bristol for HGV Class 2 Drivers to join their busy recycling team. Experienced drivers and newly qualified (new pass) drivers are both encouraged to apply.

This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity, giving you the chance to secure a permanent position with all the job security and benefits that come with it.

Pay Rates

  • £17.27 per hour
  • Overtime (after 40 hours): £25.90 per hour
  • Saturday rate: £25.90 per hour
  • Sunday & Bank Holiday rate: £34.54 per hour

Working Hours

Monday to Friday 6:00am - 2:15pm

The Role

  • Drive a Class 2 refuse and recycling vehicle
  • Assist the crew with loading household waste and recycling collections
  • Work as part of a team to deliver an efficient and reliable service
  • Follow all health & safety and company procedures

This is a physically active role, so you'll need to be happy getting out of the vehicle and helping with loading throughout your shift.

What We're Looking For

  • Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
  • Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
  • Good work ethic and team player
  • Able to get in and out of the vehicle multiple times to help the team
  • Reliable and punctual
  • New Pass drivers welcome!
