The Role As an HGV Class 2 Driver / Loader, you'll be responsible for driving refuse collection vehicles and assisting with domestic and commercial waste collections when required. This is a hands-on role, working outdoors in all weather conditions alongside an experienced crew.
Key Responsibilities Safely operate HGV Class 2 refuse collection vehicles.
Carry out scheduled waste and recycling collections.
Assist with loading duties as required.
Complete daily vehicle safety checks.
Follow all health and safety procedures.
Deliver a professional and courteous service to the public.
What We're Looking For Valid UK HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence.
Driver CPC qualification.
Digital Tachograph Card.
Good level of physical fitness.
Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.
Previous driving experience is beneficial but not essential.
