Gas Engineers (Domestic & Commercial)
Location: Derby, Nottinghamshire & Surrounding Areas
Salary: £40,300 - £45,000 per annum + Overtime + Excellent Benefits

Key Responsibilities
- Service, maintain and repair gas boilers and heating systems.
- Diagnose and rectify faults efficiently and effectively.
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance and emergency repairs.
- Perform installation work where required.
- Maintain accurate records using the company's job management system.
- Deliver excellent customer service and build positive customer relationships.
- Ensure all work is completed in line with industry regulations and health & safety standards.
- Work across both domestic and small commercial environments, depending on experience and qualifications.
Domestic Gas Engineer Requirements
Candidates applying for the domestic role should ideally hold:
- CCN1
- CENWAT
- HTR1
- CKR1
- Strong experience servicing and repairing domestic heating systems
- Excellent diagnostic and fault-finding abilities
Commercial Gas Engineer Requirements
Candidates applying for the commercial role should have:
- Relevant commercial gas qualifications
- Experience carrying out service, repair, maintenance, and installation work on commercial heating systems
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Experience working within commercial environments such as offices, retail units, schools, healthcare facilities, or similar sites
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience as a Gas Engineer
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong technical knowledge of heating and boiler systems
- Full UK Driving Licence
