Parcel sorter required immediately for a privately owned independent company with 30 years’ experience in International Delivery at their site in Castle Donington. This is an ongoing position which may lead to a permanent position for the right candidate.
Key duties & responsibilities:
- Use of in‑house system to scan parcels and generate/print labels
- Locate and process parcels within the warehouse
- Scanning and processing parcels into computer system, printing off labels to label parcels and adding on to conveyor ready for despatch
- Picking and packing products accurately whilst working to targets
- Adhering to the company's Health & Safety guidelines
- Adhoc warehouse duties
Requirements for this role:
- DBS check (if you haven't got a DBS certificate you must be willing to apply for one and give the application reference number)
- Previous experience within a similar role is desirable but not essential
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines

- Safety boots & hi-vis vest
Hours of work:
- Monday & Tuesday 8am - 8pm
- Wednesday to Friday 10am - 8pm
