The Role
As a Class 2 HIAB Grab Driver, you will be responsible for operating a HIAB-equipped vehicle to deliver and collect materials safely and efficiently, ensuring all work is completed to a high professional standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating a Class 2 (Category C) vehicle fitted with a HIAB grab attachment.
- Delivering and collecting materials from customer and construction sites.
- Ensuring all loads are safely secured and compliant with regulations.
- Carrying out daily vehicle safety checks and reporting defects.
- Completing all delivery paperwork accurately and on time.
- Providing a professional and courteous service when dealing with customers.
- Adhering to all road traffic laws and health regulations.
