We currently have an opportunity for a Class 2 (Category C) HGV Driver to join a cash and carry wholesale business based in Lodge Farm, offering a competitive rate of £17 per hour while agency, and then £17.94 ph when permanent.
Role Overview:
- Driving a rigid (Class 2) vehicle delivering goods to retail customers, restaurants, and local shops
- Loading and unloading pallets or cages
- Completing delivery paperwork or electronic PODs
- Conducting daily vehicle checks and complying with driver hours and tachograph regulations
Hours:
- Start time: 05:00 a.m.
- 10 hour shifts (some overtime may be available)
- Monday to Friday (occasional weekends if required)
