Key responsibilities
- Complete home deliveries safely, professionally and on time
- Carry out multi-drop routes involving more than 10 deliveries
- Load, transport and deliver items responsibly
- Follow planned routes and delivery instructions
- Provide courteous service at each delivery
- Complete any required delivery records accurately
- Maintain a safe and professional standard while driving
Skills and qualifications
- Experience in home delivery and multi-drop driving, ideally involving more than 10 drops
- A valid driving licence suitable for the vehicle used
- Good knowledge of local roads and route planning
- Reliable, punctual and well organised
- Able to work independently and manage a busy delivery schedule
- Professional manner and good communication skills
- A careful approach to vehicle safety and handling deliveries
