A temporary opportunity is available for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver in Gloucester. This is a night-shift position offering competitive pay, overtime opportunities and the potential for permanent employment.
Key responsibilities
- Operating a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Moving, stacking and storing goods within the site
- Supporting general warehouse and yard operations
- Completing safety checks and reporting any defects
- Following site procedures and health and safety requirements
- Working effectively as part of a night-shift team
Skills and qualifications
- A valid Counterbalance Forklift licence or certificate
- Previous experience operating a counterbalance forklift
- Good awareness of workplace health and safety
- Reliable, punctual and able to work night shifts
- Physically capable of carrying out warehouse and yard duties
- A flexible approach to overtime when required
