The Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for an experienced FLT VNA Driver to join a large, modern warehousing and logistics operation based in Foston, Derby. This site is a key part of a national distribution network, offering high-spec storage and efficient supply chain solutions supported by advanced warehouse systems and up-to-date equipment. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled FLT operator looking for long-term, stable work within a well-organised and forward-thinking environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) trucks safely within a high-bay warehouse
- Picking, put-away, and replenishment of stock
- Supporting inbound and outbound logistics operations
- Using scanning systems to maintain stock accuracy
- Carrying out daily FLT checks and reporting any issues
- Working towards productivity targets and KPIs
- Following all site health & safety procedures

Requirements
- Valid, accredited FLT VNA licence (essential)
