The Role
As a VNA Driver, you\u2019ll play an important role in the day-to-day warehouse operation, ensuring stock is moved, stored and retrieved safely and efficiently. The role is primarily focused on operating VNA equipment and working safely within high-level racking areas.
- Operating VNA Forklift Trucks safely and efficiently.
- Moving stock around the warehouse and high-level racking areas.
- Putting stock away into designated storage locations.
- Retrieving stock accurately and efficiently.
- Loading and unloading goods when required.
- Carrying out pre-use forklift safety checks.
- Working to productivity and accuracy targets.
- Ensuring stock is handled safely and correctly.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.
- Following all company health and safety procedures.
- Supporting the wider warehouse operation when required.
What We\u2019re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you\u2019ll need:
- A valid VNA Forklift Truck licence/certificate.
- Previous experience operating a VNA truck in a warehouse environment.
- Good understanding of warehouse health and safety.
- Confidence working at height and within narrow aisles.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A positive and flexible approach to work.
- Excellent timekeeping and reliability.
Shift Pattern
Monday to Friday 10:00am - 6:30pm
No regular weekend working - enjoy your weekends free.
