Job Title: Field Service Engineer Type: Permanent Industry: Technical and Engineering Salary: £30,000 per annum plus excellent company benefits Workchain is currently seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our client on a permanent basis, this role is being recruited for in and around the Surrey location, including Basingstoke, Fleet, Guildford and Aldershot. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing, fault finding and planned maintenance on various pumps, filters and recycling machines. This role is field based and a permanent position. Key Responsibilities: – Conducting maintenance, fault finding and repairs on various pumps and filters – Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues – Advising customers on new products and services – Keeping accurate records of work completed Qualifications: – Previous experience within a Field Service Engineering role – Knowledge of technical equipment, basic electronics and basic plumbing – Excellent communication skills and be able to provide excellent customer service at all times Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8am to 4.30pm, with overtime available during busy periods. The starting salary is £30kpa, with excellent company benefits including a fully stocked company vehicle, overtime, bonus, daily meal allowances, company mobile and laptop and bonus.
