Key responsibilities
- Drive an HGV Class 2 vehicle safely and responsibly
- Complete multidrop delivery routes, handling more than 10 drops where required
- Carry out vehicle checks and report any defects or issues
- Ensure deliveries are completed accurately and on time
- Complete relevant delivery paperwork and records
- Communicate professionally with customers, site contacts and colleagues
- Follow company procedures, road safety requirements and applicable transport regulations
Skills and qualifications
- HGV Class 2 driving entitlement
- Experience completing multidrop deliveries
- Comfortable managing routes with more than 10 drops
- Safe, reliable and responsible approach to driving
- Good time-management and organisational skills
- Professional communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
