Job Title: Recruitment Consultant (Recruitment Executive)

Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 per annum OTE £45-£50k

Key Responsibilities:
– Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles within the Workchain Careers industry
– Sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
– Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability for available positions
– Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience
– Providing advice and guidance to clients on recruitment best practices
– Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure a competitive advantage

Qualifications:
– Proven experience in a recruitment role
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Knowledge of employment legislation and best practices in recruitment
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment tools/software
