Job Title: Night VNA / Counterbalance Driver

Shift Pattern
Night Shift: 22:00 – 06:00
Training Period
You may be required to work Day Shift (08:00 – 17:00) for approximately 3 working weeks during initial training.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate VNA and counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently
- Load and unload vehicles
- Move, stack, and organise materials within the warehouse
- Support stock control and replenishment
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Follow site health & safety procedures at all times
- Work as part of a fast-paced warehouse team
Requirements
- Valid VNA and Counterbalance forklift licences
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
- Ability to work night shifts after the training period
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliability and strong attention to safety
