The role for Customer Service Administrator
As Customer Service Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
- Handling incoming calls and enquiries in a helpful, professional manner
- Recording customer information accurately on internal systems
- Responding to queries and directing them to the appropriate team
- Supporting the coordination of deliveries, collections, repairs or other service requests
- Updating records and maintaining accurate documentation
- Liaising with colleagues to ensure enquiries are followed up promptly
- Carrying out general administrative duties to support the office
Full training and support will be provided for the role.
