Key responsibilities
- Safely operate a reach forklift in a busy warehouse environment
- Load, unload and move goods to the correct locations
- Store and retrieve stock accurately
- Complete checks on forklift equipment before use
- Follow site safety procedures and manual handling guidance
- Keep work areas clean, organised and free from hazards
- Support general warehouse duties when required
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily targets
Skills and qualifications
- Previous experience operating a reach forklift
- Relevant and in-date reach truck certification
- Good awareness of warehouse health and safety
- Reliable, punctual and able to follow instructions
- Physically able to carry out warehouse duties
- A careful and organised approach to handling goods
- Good communication and teamwork skills
