A permanent opportunity is available for an Industrial Cleaner to support high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in a busy bakery environment.

The role
- Cleaning production areas, floors, equipment and other working surfaces
- Following cleaning schedules and hygiene procedures
- Using cleaning equipment and products safely and correctly
- Wearing the required personal protective equipment
- Maintaining a clean, orderly and safe working environment
- Reporting any cleaning, maintenance or safety issues promptly
- Working effectively as part of a team while completing tasks to a high standard
Skills and qualifications
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
- Able to follow instructions, procedures and health and safety guidance
- Physically able to carry out cleaning duties during a day shift
- Previous cleaning, industrial or food-environment experience would be useful, although full training may be provided
- No specific formal qualifications are stated for this role
