What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to keep them coming back.
• Hunt for new business opportunities and build lasting client relationships
• Smash your sales targets and hit KPIs set by management.
• Deliver top-notch customer service to both clients and candidates.
• Stay ahead of industry trends to keep your sales strategies sharp.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven sales experience (recruitment experience is a bonus!).
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• A self-starter who thrives both independently and in a team.
• Motivated, ambitious, and eager to succeed.
• Confident using Microsoft Office tools.
