About the role
Workchain is looking for a Recruitment Executive to join our growing team in Derby. As a Recruitment Executive, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of roles, delivering outstanding service and results.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process from vacancy brief to placement
- Sourcing and attracting candidates through job boards, social media, and networking
- Conducting interviews and candidate assessments
- Building and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships
- Advising clients on recruitment best practice and market trends
- Staying up to date with industry developments to maintain a competitive edge
About You
- Proven experience within a recruitment role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of employment legislation and recruitment best practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment software
