About the Role
We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Nantwich. The company specialises in the production of high-quality garden furniture, fencing, and outdoor timber products. This is a hands-on role within a busy production environment, where the main duties will involve assembling wooden products using nail guns and hand tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Assembling garden furniture, fencing panels, and other timber products
- Operating nail guns and basic hand tools safely and efficiently
- Following production specifications and quality standards
- Maintaining a clean and safe working area
- Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets
- Carrying out general production and assembly duties as required
Training & Development
No previous experience is required as full training will be provided. There are excellent opportunities to learn new skills and progress within the business, including training on additional machinery and production stations.
