- What You’ll Be Doing
- Trimmer
- Trim GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic) panels to the required size.
- Cut vents, openings, and complete finishing work.
- Use hand and power cutting tools safely and accurately.
- Work in a busy production environment where the role can be dusty and physically active.
- Laminator
- Prepare moulds and apply release agents.
- Laminate GRP/composite components following detailed work instructions.
- Assemble high-quality products using hand and power tools.
- Ensure work is completed to quality standards.
- What We’re Looking For
- Experience using hand or power tools (grinders, disc cutters, cutting tools, etc.).
- Manufacturing, production, composite, or construction experience is beneficial.
