The Role

As a Sales Development Representative at WorkBuzz, you’ll play a crucial role in engaging with HR and People Leaders, introducing them to the transformative power of the WorkBuzz platform. Your success will be in your hands, working closely with your Account Executives to deliver high quality meetings. Your success will be measured by the amount of meetings you are able to deliver to your AEs and how much sales pipeline and eventually ARR on the bottom line those meetings generate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Employ outbound calling, email, and social selling techniques to uncover and develop new business opportunities in targeted accounts.
  • Proactively follow up on Marketing Qualified Leads from the marketing department.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to craft and execute effective prospect strategies in our core verticals.
  • Exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual meetings sat and opportunity creation quotas.
  • Research, identify and engage leads into actionable sales opportunities.

Requirements for role

  • Minimum of 1-2 years in outbound B2B sales, showcasing a track record of success and achievement against targets.
  • A ‘hunter’ mindset, using your initiative and creativity to identify and generate new leads.
  • Comfortable engaging with senior decision makers at the Director and above level.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey the value of our product.
  • Exceptional organisational skills to thrive in our fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative spirit with a proven ability to work seamlessly within a sales team.
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on goals and measurable outcomes.
  • Ability to adapt and excel in a fast paced, dynamic company environment.
  • Tech savvy, utilising AI tools for productivity and effectiveness in‑role.

Desirable

  • HubSpot CRM experience.
  • Previous experience in HR Tech or selling to senior HR employees.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
