Key Responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap for Dialogue, with clear priorities grounded in customer evidence, usage data, and business outcomes.
  • Balance speed with focus, ensuring product does not become a bottleneck for delivery.
  • Work closely with our CEO and CTO, informing product decisions, trade‑offs, and sequencing.
  • Lead continuous customer discovery through interviews, data & usage analysis, and jobs‑to‑be‑done thinking.
  • Replace gut‑feel feature requests with evidence‑led insights.
  • Validate ideas using prototypes and AI‑supported tooling before engineering investment.
  • Translate strategy into clear specifications, business logic, acceptance criteria, and prioritised backlogs.
  • Ensure engineering teams have clarity and context, minimising rework and decision reversal.
  • Work closely with design and engineering to ship iteratively and learn fast.
  • Act as a product champion in sales and customer conversations, confidently demoing Dialogue and shaping solutions that solve real customer problems.
  • Identify gaps for key accounts and help land and expand enterprise relationships.
  • Own early‑stage product marketing, including release narratives, enablement materials, ROI stories, and competitive positioning until the product reaches scale.
  • Design in‑product customer success flows that guide users to value, approaching this AI‑first.
  • Explore and define integrations, including Fin.ai, ensuring clear business cases and scoped requirements.
  • Reduce dependency on headcount growth by scaling value delivery through product.
  • Take ownership of the Customer Advisory Board for Dialogue.
  • Contribute to how product practice evolves at WorkBuzz, bringing what you learn on Dialogue back into the wider function.

Requirements for the Role

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager in a scale‑up or high‑growth environment.
  • Experience launching or scaling B2B SaaS products.
  • Demonstrated success working with engineering teams to ship products iteratively.
  • Experience building or launching AI‑enabled products and features.
  • Strong exposure to customer‑facing work including sales, demos, and discovery.
  • Product marketing, including positioning and GTM enablement.
  • Background in product‑led growth or commercial product strategy (desirable).
  • Successfully launched multiple early‑stage products (desirable).
  • Experience in employee experience, analytics, or insight platforms (desirable).

Skills and Knowledge

  • Strong product judgement under uncertainty.
  • Comfortable using data to support decision‑making and extract insight from product analytics and tooling such as PostHog.
  • Confident prioritising ruthlessly and communicating trade‑offs.
  • Able to connect customer problems to business value and technical execution.
  • Clear and persuasive communicator across technical and non‑technical audiences.
