Key Responsibilities

- Ensure standard outputs including demographic cuts, trend comparisons and summary tables, following established templates and methods, and using automation to increase speed and consistency where possible
- Support more advanced analysis, such as driver analysis, segmentation analysis and performance linkage with guidance from the Lead Analyst
- Ensure appropriate checks to ensure accuracy of all outputs before they’re shared
Support great client delivery
- Work with People Science Consultants to understand specific client needs, outputs required and delivery timelines
- Ensure report decks are populated with well-formatted, accurate data summaries, flagging interesting patterns or anomalies along the way
- Respond to ad‑hoc analysis requests quickly and reliably, ensuring consultants are equipped to do their best work
- Use and help maintain reusable presentation templates, chart formats and analysis approaches to support consistency across client deliverables.
Support improvements in outcomes and efficiencies
- Actively use and champion AI tools to accelerate analysis, charting, summarisation and quality checking
- Identify repetitive or manual tasks in the reporting workflow in the development of smarter, automated approaches
- Help establish and document AI‑assisted methods that the wider team can adopt and build on
- Follow, and where possible improve, documented methods, quality checks and analytical assumptions to ensure outputs are accurate and consistent with WorkBuzz standards
- Contribute to reusable templates, automated workflows and shared knowledge that make the whole team more effective
Platform knowledge
- Build a strong working knowledge of the WorkBuzz platform, including survey setup, data mapping, reporting structures and dashboards
- Share feedback, recurring issues and improvement ideas from day‑to‑day analysis work to help improve reporting and workflows.
- Support user testing of new reporting and analysis features when required
- Keep up to date with platform releases and new reporting or analysis capabilities, applying them in client work where appropriate
Requirements for role
- Some experience in an analyst, insights, research or data‑focused role, or a strong academic background with hands‑on data analysis experience from placements, internships or project work
- Degree in a relevant subject such as psychology, organisational psychology, business, economics, statistics, data science or adjacent
- Solid quantitative analysis skills, comfortable working accurately with survey results, trends, demographic cuts and comparisons
- Enthusiasm for AI tools and automation; you’re keen to experiment and find better ways to work
- Hands‑on experience with AI tools such as Claude or similar, applied to real analytical or reporting tasks
