About WorkBuzz
WorkBuzz is a well-funded SaaS company, with a vision to help improve the working lives of 1 million people.
The world of work has changed with five generations working together for the first time in history and the recent advances of AI. In addition, 80% of workers are now either remote, in the field, on the frontline or on the shop floor. Trusted by over 400 organisations, we help forward-thinking companies that have different types of employees in different locations navigate these challenges, build great cultures and make better informed people decisions – reaching all of their employees, wherever they are, whatever they do.
Why this role matters
We are at an exciting inflection point and looking to build a scalable demand generation engine. That's where you come in. We're looking for a hands-on, commercially minded marketer to take ownership of our campaigns, funnel acceleration, and lead conversion.
This role is perfect for someone who has run multi-touch campaigns across digital, events, and outbound; knows how to get the most out of HubSpot and paid channels; and thrives on generating pipeline, not just activity. You will develop and execute marketing campaigns supporting business goals, driving brand awareness, lead generation and sales growth.
What you'll own
- Develop and oversee the strategy of our signature integrated campaigns plus the annual State of Employee Engagement report.
- Provide leadership on campaign roadmap and execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.
- Create campaign briefs to inform internal content and external agencies to deliver high-quality 'hero' content (written, visuals and video) and sales enablement assets.
- Lead the planning and execution of target ABM projects.
- Lead the planning and execution of multi-channel lead nurture strategies with SDR, combining digital and human engagement.
- Lead campaign planning and registration strategy for webinars and flagship events, including the annual WorkBuzz Live! event.
- Shape and manage partner marketing initiatives, collaborating on campaigns and enhancing partner portals.
- Drive the optimisation of the advocate referral programme to enhance lead generation from an HR professional and consultancy network.
- Set and achieve campaign KPIs including IQL and conversion to MQL, monitor performance, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Work closely with sales and customer success teams to ensure campaigns are aligned and activated.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to maximise campaign impact.
- Analysis of the campaigns to understand where they can be optimised and improved.
What you'll bring
- 5+ years in B2B demand generation, campaign marketing, or growth roles
- Strong experience in SaaS or tech, especially with mid-funnel or ABM motions
- Working knowledge of CRM and CMS platforms (preferably HubSpot),
- Creative tools (Adobe, Canva or similar), Google Analytics (GA4) and project management
- Confidence in creating emails, landing pages and campaign assets.
- Data-driven, curious, and willing to experiment and iterate quickly
- Able to balance strategy with execution: not afraid to build landing pages or write emails
- (Big plus) Experience with using advertising platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and CS
- An excellent understanding of the B2B buyer journey and how inbound and outbound marketing can support this.
- Be a campaign marketing expert/thought-leader and lead the way on best practice for campaign planning and execution including A/B testing.
- A data-driven mindset: understand which marketing metrics are the drivers for WorkBuzz and make data intelligent decisions on how to optimise and improve all campaign assets.
- A team player; willing to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in to support wide sales and marketing requirements
- Have a growth mindset: you'll be expected to offer ideas, make a tangible difference, and drive your own development
- Passion for creating campaigns that don't just look good, they perform
