We’re looking for a Mid-Market Account Executive who’s hungry to close deals, build strong client relationships, and drive growth in a fast-moving, purpose-driven SaaS environment.
This isn’t your average sales role. You’ll be selling a product that HR and People teams love, making a real impact across industries and geographies.
Your Mission
- Own the full sales cycle – from engaging to closing, selling WorkBuzz to HR & People leaders across mid-market organisations.
- Drive outbound growth – supported by a high-performing SDR team, you’ll build pipeline through smart prospecting and strategic vertical targeting.
- Deliver high-impact demos – show prospects how WorkBuzz transforms employee engagement and drives business results.
- Crush your number – you’ll consistently exceed quota, backed by strong marketing support and compelling product-market fit.
- Build lasting relationships – become a trusted advisor to decision-makers (CPOs, HRDs, Heads of People) by understanding their challenges and aligning solutions to their strategy
What You’ll Bring
- 5–7+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience (HR tech a plus!)
- Proven success closing £30k+ deals and managing multi-stakeholder sales processes
- Skilled in value-based selling (MEDDPICC, Challenger, or similar)
- Experience working with or selling to HR, People, or Operations leaders
- Tenacious, curious, and self-motivated – you love prospecting and learning
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to think strategically about account development
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scale-up environment with big goals
