Responsibilities:

  • We are looking for an exceptional Partner Manager UKI to join our growing team. In this role, as a Partner Manager for the UK & Ireland (UKI), you will help to lead our regional partner ecosystem expansion, driving growth and developing strategic alliances with resellers, system integrators, and technology partners.
  • This is a high-impact role where your experience and business acumen will directly shape Workato’s GTM strategy and market success across the UKI region.
  • You will also be responsible for working with our existing Senior Partner Manager to:
  • Define and execute the partner strategy for the UK and Ireland region, ensuring alignment with our Global Partner GTM objectives.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard high-value partners to strengthen Workato’s regional presence.
  • Develop trusted, strategic relationships with partners to jointly pursue new business opportunities.
  • Partner with the marketing team to design and run co-marketing programs that generate qualified opportunities.
  • Drive Joint Business Plans with top partners, setting clear revenue and enablement goals.
  • Review partner performance regularly and implement action plans for continuous improvement.
  • Report performance metrics, pipeline progress, and market insights to senior management.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering) to ensure successful partner outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 9+ years of experience in partner management, ideally with enterprise software or SaaS products.
  • Experience creating and executing GTM and joint business plans with strategic partners.
  • Deep understanding of the UKI technology market, partner landscape, and sales cycles.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally to enable and support partners effectively.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to use data to drive business decisions.
  • Bonus if you bring iPaaS / Enterprise MCP ecosystem knowledge or experience with digital transformation solutions.
