We are looking for an experienced Forward Deployed Engineer to join our Forward Deployed Engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI Agentic Solutions that exhibit autonomous, proactive, and adaptive behaviours. This role requires a deep understanding of AI/ML technologies, integration, automation experience and solution architecture, combined with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
In this role, you will also be responsible to:
- Implement agent-based AI solutions using the Workato Agentic AI platform.
- Develop advanced prompting, memory management, and behaviour-planning techniques to enable LLMs and agents to reliably author and execute complex workflows.
- Act as a technical solutions expert with strong aptitude in troubleshooting and analysing AI-driven architectures, including scalable RAG pipelines and agent frameworks built using the Workato Agentic AI platform.
- Develop and maintain robust, scalable AI-powered IT workflows with agent-based decision-making, dynamic retrieval mechanisms, and seamless integration using the Workato Agentic AI platform.
- Continuously monitor and improve AI system performance, ensuring efficiency and reliability.
- Work closely with customers to understand use cases and deliver tailored, scalable agentic AI and RAG-based solutions using the Workato Agentic AI platform, while prioritising exceptional customer service to ensure alignment with both technical and business needs, as well as satisfaction and successful implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI workflows into existing IT frameworks, ensuring smooth and seamless deployment.
- Contribute to internal process improvements and promote knowledge sharing.
