Aviation recruitment experts Optime Group are on the lookout for an ambitious and driven Recruitment Consultant to drive the recruitments efforts for Manchester Airport
Previous recruitment experience is ideal but is not essential. With the right approach we can provide the rest!
What's on offer
- Days: Monday – Friday (Office based)
- Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum + commission
- Rewarding uncapped commission structure
Key duties
- Recruiting the highest standard of temporary/agency candidates – we call it the Optime way!
- Taking full ownership of your candidate onboarding experience, from CV screening through to start dates and beyond.
- Offering remote support and guidance to your placed workers in the airport operation (such as pay / holiday / roster queries).
- Be a curious thinker – Provide your management team with a relentless innovation to help deliver and business objectives.
- Effectively and passionately handle client & candidate feedback – Strive for what’s best for our clients and your workers!
- Deliver vs Target via your recruitment dashboard. Find high quality staff that represent you, maximising inductions and minimising your attrition.
- Staying aware of your contribution to Optime and your KPI’s. Our best performers are recognised! Do you strive for excellence?
- Bringing your own personality and ideas to work and giving a First-Class service.
