We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Global Operations Controller to join our team. This role will be pivotal in driving financial control, cost efficiency, and insightful analysis within our supply chain operations. The Senior Operations Controller will collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, and other cross-functional teams to ensure financial discipline and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead financial controlling activities related to supply chain operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Act as a business partner to the COO and the operations team to provide financial transparency and support decision making.
  • Analyse supply chain costs and performance metrics to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Partner with Procurement and Logistics teams to monitor supplier contracts and logistics spending.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards to provide insights and support decision-making.
  • Manage month-end closing activities related to supply chain costing and inventory valuation.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support management reporting, including preparation of presentations and reports for senior stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial performance within the supply chain.
Qualifications
  • Academic degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in financial controlling, business partnering, or similar roles within supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing sectors.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with financial systems, ERP platforms and advanced Excel.
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control within complex supply chain environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline.
  • 10+ years of relevant controlling experience in supply chain or logistics environments.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with a proactive approach.
  • Fluent in English.
