We are looking for a Principal Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team.

You will be joining an established team across the UK & EU and work on enhancing our services with support from our existing successful consultants and management teams.

We are open to consultants based in London or Bristol.

We are passionate about career growth opportunities, as the autonomy to run the business in your prospective region/market and play a strong role in growing our business.

Requirements

  • Build long lasting relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Business development, building new client relationships through cold calling, meetings and networking.
  • Arranging events/ meets ups within your market area.
  • Keeping up to date with industry knowledge and mapping out your market.
  • Finding the best talent in your market by networking, headhunting and other means
  • Creating job adverts
  • Negotiating with both clients and candidates.

You will need

  • Proven ability to build a client and candidate base within your niche market
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
