About the role:
We are looking for someone to manage a team of Wealth managers and Investment consultants and be responsible for the ‘premium’ tier of our client base. This involves driving a variety of 12 many and 121 campaigns in order to maximise the impact on a large section of the client base. This role is a blend of product marketing and investment advisory - trying to find new and innovative ways to engage with large numbers of clients in an effective way. This is then supported by the small team of investment consultants who are being managed to be responsible for the individual interaction with these clients. The objective is to ensure this cohort of the base feels looked after, has a high level of satisfaction and as a result strong inflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage small team of individual investments consultants who are focused on the ‘premium’ segment of the client base.
- Be data driven to understand what is occurring within the Premium client base, spotting trends and opportunities.
- Have responsibility for the entirety Premium client base - from client satisfaction to net inflows.
- Define new and innovative strategies for how to effectively engage a large section of the client base.
- Develop both 121 and 12-many activities for his team to execute on.
- Lead in the execution of the bigger and more important 12 many campaigns.
- Work closely with other departments, within and outside of the department, in order to get the resources and support necessary to execute on their plans.
Requirements:
Must have:

- Experience driving commercial initiatives.
- Several years experience within Wealth Management industry or similar Investment or saving industries.
- Experience in client facing roles or marketing roles.
- Strong knowledge of the retail investment space.
- A passion for startups and a strong interest in building a career in the Financial Services.
