This is a fixed-term contract position (with the potential to become a permanent role) for an exceptionally creative, commercially minded, and experienced Head of Marketing. As Head of Marketing, Private Luxury Events, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of one of the most respected brands in luxury travel events, whilst supporting the development of our next phase of growth.
You will lead a talented marketing team of two and work closely with commercial, design and operational teams to deliver exceptional marketing campaigns that strengthen brand visibility, deepen audience engagement, generate qualified leads, and support commercial growth. This is a core generalist marketing role that combines brand stewardship, performance marketing, luxury industry relationship building, strategic partnerships, thought leadership, event marketing and team leadership.
You will be responsible for developing a marketing function that balances long-term brand building with support for our commercial teams’ annual revenue and profit goals. Success will require equal confidence in analysing campaign data and conversion metrics, developing lead generation strategies, building luxury brand partnerships, launching new event concepts, and creating compelling content that resonates with senior decision-makers across the global luxury travel and luxury lifestyle sectors.

The successful candidate will be expected to remain closely connected to campaign delivery and to actively support and develop their team. Success in this role will depend on your ability to build trusted relationships, develop influential partnerships, create highly effective marketing campaigns, and elevate PLE as one of the most respected and influential brands in its category.
You will report to the Director of Marketing, Worldwide Events initially for a handover period, and then to the MD, PLE.
