About the role

We are looking for a driven, passionate superstar to join Team Tilbury as our Assistant Marketing Manager for Italy. You will be involved in all areas of marketing campaign activation, delivering on our overarching business objectives, and building ground-breaking, disruptive plans with our high-profile retail partners. As one of our regional brand marketing guardians, you will collaborate effectively with the wider EMEA and global teams and inspire our retail partners with your attitude to excellence, your unstoppable creative flair and passion for getting things done!

As an Assistant Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Deliver Integrated Marketing Campaigns: work closely with all departments from Commercial, Retail, Digital, Education, PRO Artistry, Global Marketing, NPD plus external partners to deliver 360 marketing campaigns, launches and events that push industry boundaries and break records. You will be accountable for curating launch ideas, content ideation and briefing, digital and print artwork briefing, leading on in store events, seeking opportunities to maximise engagement and conversion, managing launch communications, sampling/merch allocation and post campaign analysis.
  • Digital Native: Bring thought-leadership and digital excellence to innovative and disruptive brand activity in the region, raising total brand awareness & creating memorable brand moments; challenging the status quo by identifying best practices across the industry and opportunities to increase Charlotte Tilbury share of voice and ranking in your regions, with a strong lens on driving the best omnichannel customer experience.
  • Trade Marketing Retail Strategy: aid the planning and delivery of differentiated retailer marketing plans across the market, working closely with commercial NAMs and engaging retail partners to secure exceptional marketing support delivered with flawless attention to detail.
  • Marketing Calendar: responsible for driving & developing your retailer/regional marketing calendar; leverage the full marketing mix to deliver plans that drive our NPD whilst also accelerating the growth of our core franchises.
  • Budget Management: Demonstrate high attention to detail when budget planning and PO raising in partnership with the Marketing Manager.
  • Process: Support in establishing clear processes within the EU team to ensure a 'world class' delivery is achieved across the region, particularly focusing on cross functional & regional collaboration. Drive the planning, approval & follow-up of key projects to gain alignment from all key internal & external stakeholders.

Who you will work with

About you

  • Previous experience in a Marketing Executive / Assistant Marketing Manager position or similar.
  • Experienced in devising and implementing strategic plans with creative flair.
  • Previous experience in working with large retail chains and excelling in Trade Marketing.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines in a timely manner and ruthlessly prioritise.
  • Have a flexible, positive, and professional attitude.
  • Exceptional organisational skills showing great attention to detail.
  • Have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
  • Experienced managing multiple stakeholders.
  • An excellent communicator comfortable presenting, able to influence and effectively articulate your point of view.
  • Have exceptional organisational and prioritising skills and show great attention to detail and be results-driven.
  • Excellent English written and verbal skills and fluency in the Italian language.
  • A natural curiosity, passion and love for the beauty industry.
