About the role

Informed Solutions partners with leading public sector bodies and large private sector organisations to deliver innovative, high-impact digital transformation programmes. As a Client Relationship Partner, you’ll be at the heart of these exciting initiatives, acting as a trusted advisor who drives client success and business growth. You’ll forge strong, lasting relationships, help clients tackle complex challenges, and provide assurance throughout their journey. Responsible for overall client relationship management, you’ll coordinate teams to ensure smooth delivery, spot opportunities to maximise value, and offer strategic guidance and industry insight that helps clients achieve meaningful outcomes. This role offers flexibility to be based from our Altrincham (Manchester) or Westminster (London) offices, where you’ll be part of a collaborative, high-performing team environment, supported by our hybrid working approach.

Key responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and continued engagement across high-impact, high-value strategic accounts.
  • Account Development: Partner with clients to identify opportunities for new services and solutions that maximise value and return on investment.
  • Strategic Advisory: Provide expert guidance on delivery roadmaps, innovation, and best use of data and technology to help clients align digital capabilities with their strategic goals.
  • Service Coordination & Delivery: Work closely with delivery leads and engagement directors to align delivery with client expectations and ensure operational success within your accounts.
  • Project & Resource Planning: Co-design clear Statements of Work (SOWs) with clients, define scope and outcomes, and secure the right resources.
  • Industry Expertise: Actively maintain and apply sector expertise to deliver actionable insights, identify growth opportunities within existing accounts, and ensure solutions align with client objectives and sector strategies.

Key requirements

  • At least 5 years’ commercial experience within Client/Customer Success, or similar of digital services and solutions in a professional services environment.
  • A strong track record in managing and growing strategic accounts and driving high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Commercial acumen, including experience in developing business cases and crafting impactful, commercially robust solution proposals.
  • The ability to interpret business challenges and collaborate with technical teams to deliver effective solutions.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and to short deadlines with a clear sense of priority within a fast-paced and agile environment.
  • Punctuality, reliability, and a clear commitment to your role.

Desirable skills

  • Government/public sector industry experience is preferred, including the application of the Government Digital Standard.
  • Industry certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Agilist, or PRINCE2 Agile.
