About the role
You’ll be part of a global team focused on customer value creation with finance & risk solutions in strategic customer opportunities. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you’ll help shape client value propositions, lead strategic initiatives, and support delivery across complex transformation programs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and technology.
Key responsibilities
- Support the colleagues in leading strategic workstreams in finance transformation programs for banks
- Translate complex business challenges into innovative solutions and actionable roadmaps with your team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, delivery, and architecture
- Support client engagements from early shaping to execution, including C-level interactions
- Create presentations and support the team in preparing for customer calls
- Contribute to internal capability building and team development
- Help define and evolve our finance & risk transformation offering for banking clients
Job location
Remote-first role based in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, UK, Serbia or Romania. Occasional travel may be required.
Requirements
- Master's degree or Ph.D. in Economics, Finance, Physics, Mathematics or a similar subject
- First experience in strategy consulting, ideally with a strong analytical foundation
- Ideally experience in banking, with an understanding of industry dynamics
- Strong tech affinity — comfortable working with digital tools, data models, and transformation platforms
- Familiarity with transformation programs, including process / operating model design and system implementation is considered a plus
- Risk management experience is a plus
- Experience with finance software, especially from SAP and SAP Fioneer, is a plus
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
