We’re looking for a super-organised, people-focused Talent Resourcer to join our People Team and help us create a brilliant recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at an early stage in their HR or recruitment career who enjoys connecting with people, keeping things moving and taking pride in the details.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll support a wide range of People Team initiatives, with a strong focus on recruitment, sourcing, candidate engagement and interview coordination.
You’ll help keep hiring activity moving by supporting candidates, hiring managers and People colleagues through a clear, well-managed recruitment process.
- Support assigned recruitment campaigns through candidate attraction, sourcing, screening and administration.
- Review applications against agreed criteria and help progress candidates through the recruitment process.
- Use recruitment platforms, Linked In, talent pools and job boards to help identify and engage potential candidates.
- Coordinate interviews, assessment activities and recruitment logistics across multiple stakeholders.
- Keep candidates informed with timely, clear and friendly communication throughout the hiring journey.
- Maintain accurate records in Workable, recruitment trackers and associated systems.
- Support hiring managers and People colleagues by keeping recruitment activity organised, consistent and moving at pace.
- Identify practical ways to improve candidate experience, process efficiency and recruitment administration.
Requirements
You do not need to have years of experience behind you, we’re more interested in your curiosity, organisation, communication skills and enthusiasm for building a career in HR.
