As a Maintenance Reliability Engineer, you will:

  • Drive system reliability and performance through continuous improvement initiatives
  • Provide advanced technical support and guidance to field maintenance teams on complex issues
  • Analyse performance data to identify trends, risks and optimisation opportunities
  • Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement sustainable corrective actions
  • Collaborate with customers to optimise system performance within their operations
  • Define and improve preventive and predictive maintenance strategies
  • Support system deployment, commissioning and performance validation
  • Act as a technical interface with internal teams and suppliers to resolve issues and drive improvements
  • Contribute to best practices, technical documentation and knowledge sharing
  • Support critical incidents with structured diagnostics and escalation

Requirements

  • Engineering degree, ideally with a specialization in IT, robotics, or industrial automation
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in technical customer support for applications, software, and/or hardware
  • Strong comfort working in software‑oriented environments, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex issues
  • Broad foundational knowledge in electronics, mechanics, and automation
  • High level of autonomy, strong rigor, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
