Location: Glasgow

Job Type: Contract (Inside IR35) / Permanent

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of strong enterprise Python experience
  • Strong Experience with OOP, OOPs or Object Oriented Programming
  • Experience with modern software development practices is required, including CI/CD, Jenkins and code reviews
  • Oracle backend and distributed SQL experience is required

The Gauss team works in the credit risk area, so experience in the following is a plus but not required: finance, exposure metrics, collateral transactions, risk scoring, quantitative analysis, statistical simulations (e.g., Monte Carlo).
