- NVQ Level 2/3 Dispensary qualified (or equivalent)
- EMIS Web experience is essential
- Previous pharmacy or dispensary experience
- Adaptable, proactive and confident working in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent interpersonal communication and patient-facing skills
- Prior GP surgery or primary care experience is a must
