WorkwithYorkshire are working with a local client, who have a fantastic opportunity for a Personal Assistant/Secretary to join their team based in Malton. This is a fulltime permanent role based in the office, working Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm. Competitive salary on offer dependent on experience.

Duties:

  • Full secretarial support to fee earner as required including preparing correspondence and documents through digital dictation and word processing.
  • Administer filing which will include daily filing and the opening, closing, storage and retrieval of client’s files.
  • Prepare mail and enclosures for dispatch.
  • Land Registry searches and submitting applications online.
  • Attend clients both in person (when required) and on the telephone and to provide such support in a professional and friendly manner.

Key skills and experience:

  • At least 2 years secretarial or PA experience.
  • Experience of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to organise and prioritise workloads.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
