Contact Centre Advisor - Immediate Start!

Our client has a fantastic opportunity for a Contact Centre Advisor to join their company based on the outskirts of York. This is a permanent Full-time position working 37.This position is working shifts that are between the hours of 8am and 8pm as well as some weekend working over the month including 1 full weekend in, 1 full weekend off, 1 Saturday in/ Sunday off, 1 Sunday in/Saturday off. Proactively identify and seize sales opportunities, upgrading customers to premium plans and reunification services. Previous contact centre experience desirable Experience with Zendesk and CX Engage contact centre solution an asset Transferable customer service skills from either a contact centre, retail, or hospitality environment Must be based in (or can easily travel to) York area To be eligible to apply for this role, you must also have the legal right to work in the UK.
