We’re on the lookout for a skilled and motivated Production Chef to join our growing team. Working 5 days Tuesdays to Saturdays. If you are passionate about producing high quality food at scale, have excellent attention to detail, know how to keep things fun while pushing for excellence we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

As a Production Chef, you'll be responsible for preparing and cooking large batches of food while maintaining the highest standards of quality, food safety, and consistency. You'll work closely with the production team to ensure daily targets are met efficiently and on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook to production schedules for our three sites.
  • Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation across all products.
  • Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and organisation.
  • Monitor stock levels.
  • Minimise food waste and support cost control initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively with the production team to assist with product development.

You’ll be part of a close-knit crew on a thumbs-up mission, creating feel-good experiences, inspiring each other, and delivering standout service with personality and pride. Expect to be part of a fast-moving, idea-sharing, good-times team. The goal? Be missed when you’re not on shift.
